Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
  • Proficiency in using Agile Workflow tools like JIRA or TFS
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences

Role Responsibilities:

  • Direct analysis on initiatives requiring strategic change across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and MVP
  • Facilitate refinement sessions with Agile teams and business to detail out User Stories
  • Ensure technical, security, and process standards are incorporated into product delivery
