Job Purpose
BSS operation & Maintenance
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Responsible for Operations & maintenance of transmission and BTS (LTE, WCDM, GSM) equipment 24X7.
- Preventive Maintenance of BSS Network Elements (BTS & Microwave).
- Maintain network uptime as per defined SLA.
- Rectification of alarms (BTS/MW) within defined SLA.
- Coordination with IP vendors for Infra uptime and signoff.
- Manage cluster Inventory of BSS nodes.
- Coordinate with project and optimization teams for new rollout and network KPI improvement.
- Integration , Commissioning and, troubleshooting(BTS-RBS2000 and RBS6000 and MW ( Ericsson Traffic Node & Huawei RTN)
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Good Knowledge Ericsson equipment, Baseband (5216, 6630) and Ericsson MW, VSWR and alarm handling and fault Rectification.
