The Manager - Branding will be responsible for developing and executing strategic branding initiatives to enhance the university's reputation, visibility, and engagement with key stakeholders. This role involves managing brand identity, digital presence, content strategy, and external communications to attract students, faculty, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and implement a comprehensive branding strategy aligned with the university's vision and goals.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all internal and external communications.
Conduct brand audits and competitive analysis to refine positioning.
2. Digital & Social Media Branding
Oversee the university's website, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
Develop engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, testimonials) to enhance brand awareness.
Monitor and analyze digital engagement metrics to optimize performance.
3. Content & Communication Management
Ensure a unified tone of voice across all communication channels.
Manage press releases, media relations, and public statements to build a strong brand presence.
Collaborate with faculty, students, and alumni to showcase success stories.
4. Marketing Collateral & Advertising
Develop brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional materials for various events.
Work with design and media agencies for print and digital campaigns.
Ensure all marketing content adheres to brand guidelines.
5. Event & Outreach Management
Plan and execute university branding events, seminars, and open houses.
Collaborate with student ambassadors, faculty, and industry partners for brand-building initiatives.
Represent the university at educational fairs, conferences, and networking events.
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Reputation Management
Build and maintain relationships with media, industry experts, alumni, and influencers.
Monitor and manage online reputation, addressing feedback and concerns proactively.
Develop collaborations with corporate and academic institutions to enhance brand credibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA in Marketing / Communications / Branding or a relevant field.
Experience: 10+ years in branding, corporate relations and communications, preferably in the education sector.
Skills: Brand management, content creation, social media strategy, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge: Expertise in digital marketing, PR, SEO, and social media analytics.
