Create innovative and intelligent strategies to solve the client's marketing and communication needs, both in the short and long term.
Develop integrated opportunities and bring in new resources in areas beyond advertising to grow the client's and agency's business.
Form a strong bond with the mid-level and senior clients, search for ways to enhance the client-agency relationship, and be a trusted advisor to the clients.
Understand and oversee the financial aspect of the client-agency contract (approvals, estimates, purchase orders, iterations, number of jobs, etc.).
Analyse primary and secondary research and develop recommendations from them.
Actively participate in developing the brief for new primary research.
Balance the agency's POV while also serving as the client advocate during internal discussions and meetings.
Effective team management capabilities
Establish strong relationships with other departments of the agency and assist them when required.
Essentials:
4 years of professional experience in Advertising agency (mainline)
Graduate or Postgraduate in Mass Communication/Advertising or equivalent.
An understanding of the workings of an agency and its philosophy.
Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills.
An analytical mind with an understanding of research and finances.
