What began as a simple way to discover and book sports venues has grown into a full ecosystem that powers how India plays, connects, and experiences sport. The platform connects players to 2,000+ venues across 40+ sports, community-led play, events and tournaments, coaching programs, and curated player experiences. Hudle also creates content, highlights, and stories that extend beyond the game, reflecting sport as a social ritual and lifestyle. About the Role:

This is a frontline revenue role responsible for driving partnerships and monetisation across HUDLE's ecosystem.

You will own end to end sales across:

  • In app media inventory
  • On ground branding across venues
  • On ground brand integrations including activations, sampling opportunities, and sponsorships
  • Corporate events and tournaments

This is not an account management role. This is a front line revenue role focused on acquisition and closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Ownership
  • Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Build a strong outbound pipeline across brands and agencies
  • Drive repeat business through long term and multi format partnerships
Partnership Sales
  • Monetise HUDLE's inventory across:
  • In app placements including banners, push notifications, and integrations
  • On ground branding including courts, kiosks, and naming rights
  • Events and experiential formats including tournaments and corporate engagements
  • Identify and close integrated deals combining digital and on ground assets
Pitching and Deal Closure
  • Create high quality sales decks, proposals, and narratives
  • Pitch to:
  • Brand marketing teams across enterprises and D2C start ups
  • Media and advertising agencies
  • Own the full deal lifecycle from outreach to pitch to negotiation to closure
On Ground Integrations and Sponsorships
  • Sell brand integrations including:
  • On ground activations and sampling opportunities
  • Tournament and community sponsorships
  • Work with brands to enable engagement led experiences through HUDLE's ecosystem
Commercial Insights and Packaging
  • Bring insights from client conversations to:
  • Improve how inventory is packaged and sold
  • Suggest new formats, integrations, and partnership ideas
  • Stay updated on trends across media, sports, and experiential marketing
Client and Agency Relationships
  • Build and leverage relationships with:
  • Brand marketing teams across enterprises and D2C start ups
  • Media and advertising agencies
  • Drive repeat partnerships and long term engagements
  • Act as a key external face of HUDLE for brand partnerships
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams
  • Ensure seamless execution and strong partner experience

Requirements
  • 5 to 9 years of experience in media sales, brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or experiential sales
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience selling digital media, sponsorships, branded content, activations, or OOH
  • Strong ability to build decks, narratives, and pitch independently
  • Ability to sell integrated solutions across digital and on ground formats
  • Existing relationships with brands or agencies is a strong plus
  • High ownership mindset with a clear hunter instinct
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, evolving environment
  • Interest in sports is a plus

Must Have Capabilities
  • Commercial instinct for inventory and strong understanding of what brands buy and how to package it into sellable propositions
  • Deck first communicator who can independently build sharp, story led pitch decks
  • Strong grasp of on ground marketing including activations, sampling, and experiential formats from a sales lens
  • Numerate and target driven with comfort owning a revenue number and forecasting pipeline
  • Builder mindset with the ability to hustle, test formats, and operate hands on
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to pitch senior brand and agency stakeholders
