About the role:

The Manager - Brand Partnerships & Community Engagement is responsible for building a thriving, high-value community by driving member engagement, curating meaningful experiences, and fostering strong, lasting relationships. The role focuses on creating a premium member journey through thoughtful interactions, strategic collaborations, and community-led initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1) Offline Activations & Member Engagement

  • Plan and execute a structured activation calendar across cities and member segments
  • Curate and deliver exclusive offline experiences (private events, luxury showcases, curated dinners, member meetups)
  • Manage events end-to-end: planning, vendors, budgets, guest experience, and execution
  • Drive member engagement across curated always-on touchpoints such as birthdays, anniversaries, priority access, and exclusive member previews to drive long-term loyalty.

2) Brand Alliances & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and onboard high-value luxury partners across travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and retail
  • Manage partnerships end-to-end: negotiation, execution, and value delivery
  • Co-create co-branded experiences and campaigns to elevate member value and brand perception

3) Campaigns & Experiential Marketing

  • Conceptualize and execute experiential campaigns with tourism boards and destination partners
  • Develop structured proposals outlining concept, audience, deliverables, and measurable outcomes

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan and execute exclusive offline experiences – curated events, luxury showcases, member meetups
  • Manage end-to-end event execution including guest experience and VIP handling
  • Drive member engagement & retention through personalized programs and ongoing touchpoints
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury brands
  • Co-create partner-led activations and campaigns to enhance member value
  • Conceptualise and execute experiential marketing campaigns with tourism boards and destination partners

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–7 years in community building, events, partnerships, or experiential marketing (preferably in luxury/lifestyle/hospitality)
  • Ability to build, nurture, and retain high-value member communities
  • Strong experience in planning and executing premium/offline experiences with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with HNIs, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to identify, onboard, and manage strategic brand alliances
  • Strong verbal and written skills with a polished and professional presence
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end
  • Understanding of engagement metrics, member retention, and value creation
  • Confident, proactive, adaptable, and strong networking/hosting ability
  • Passion for luxury, travel, lifestyle, and curated experiences
