  • Brand manager's primary role is to be brand guardian and maintain brand integrity across company marketing initiatives and communications assigned.
  • Assist Senior Brand Manager in Marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting
  • To manage the assigned portfolio of products and create value proposition for them for short as well as long term
  • Planning and execution of assigned communications (Brand & product related) and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Finalize Go to Market plan including tactical and strategic campaigns that result in brand awareness, visibility and recall.
  • Leverage ATL, BTL, Digital platforms to drive Ujjivan SFBs awareness and lead generation
  • Engage with creative and media buying agencies to brief on campaign requirements and analyze campaign performance to derive key insights
  • Follow market trends and present innovative ideas to engage with Target Audience

Desired candidate profile

  • MBA/ Post Graduate in Marketing/ Graduate with relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Proven working experience in Brand Management
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
