Role Purpose
The role is responsible for management of Financial Controls, PR Creation, Invoice validation.
Role Accountability
- Management of Purchase Requisition creation annually in SNAPS for as per input received from function post validating the completeness of inputs. Ensuring PR is created in correct CDR and with correct description for accurate accounting and TDS rate.
- Monitoring the TAT for creation of PRs post receipt of input & Management of Rico request in SNAPS for increasing the PO value or in releasing the PO value as per input received from function.
- Ensuring validation of Invoice & Ensuring correct SLA penalty is levied by function as per agreement terms in case of non-adherence. Identifying the areas of improvement in terms of standardization & simplification of process for reducing TAT and building qualitative check.
- Conduct all the internal and external Audits of the process with all requirements of Auditors and queries resolution. Conduct Risk Assessment within regular intervals for better control to be done with respective and other functions concerned.
- Creation of Critical SOP's (detailed and comprehensive for the process as per management requirement which include risk of financial Impact and Business Disruption.
- Month / quarterly Provisioning management including PR/PO raise /PO closure, receiving actualization invoice validation & processing. Liaisoning with multi-stakeholders, internal as well as external.
