Job Description

Reporting to: AVP / VP

Role & Responsibilities

  • Be part of the team handling large and mid-sized Project Finance and Infrastructure Advisory assignments
  • Work on Corporate Finance Advisory engagements for private and government sector clients
  • Perform:
  • Project appraisal and feasibility analysis
  • Market assessment and demand analysis
  • Capital cost and operating cost analysis
  • Capital structuring and funding strategies
  • Arrangement and syndication of funds
  • Valuation and acquisition advisory
  • Support transactions from origination to financial closure
  • Critically evaluate business plans and proposals
  • Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and other financing documents
  • Build and review financial models for evaluation, risk assessment, and mitigation

Key Skills & Competencies (Essential)

  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Domain knowledge and experience in:
  • Infrastructure and core sectors
  • Startup ecosystem
  • Exposure to:
  • M&A transactions
  • Private Equity (PE)

Qualifications

  • MBA (Finance) Full-time 2-year program from reputed/top B-schools OR
  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

  • 27 years of relevant experience in:
  • Financial Institutions
  • Large Lenders
  • Financial Advisory firms
