Job Description

  • Own and shape the organisation's behavioural learning agenda end‑to‑end
  • High visibility role partnering closely with senior leaders and HR leadership

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end Training Needs Identification across business units
  • Translate needs into a structured annual behavioural learning calendar
  • Design and deliver ILT, digital and blended learning interventions
  • Develop learning content and journeys grounded in adult learning principles
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to co-own learning priorities
  • Manage external vendors for content development and delivery
  • Drive learning adoption, engagement and participation
  • Measure effectiveness and continuously refine programs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager - Behavioral Learning & Capability Building should have:

  • 6-8 years of experience in behavioural L&D or capability building
  • Strong expertise in TNI, IDP analysis and learning design
  • Experience designing enterprise and targeted learning interventions
  • Strong program management and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
