Manager - BD ( Redevelopment )

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Operations

• Delegate responsibilities and oversee daily business operations related to redevelopment projects.
• Analyze processes and develop efficient strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Monitor store activity to ensure adequate provisioning and staffing.

Team Leadership & Development

• Hire, train, motivate, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service and meet business goals.
• Assess team performance and provide constructive feedback and training opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers, employees, or stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in redevelopment initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Set and achieve business and profit targets in alignment with company goals.
• Generate regular reports and present business insights to senior management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and business records.

Business Environment & Brand Management

• Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and visually appealing for stakeholders.
• Support branding efforts through consistent signage, displays, and client experience.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new redevelopment opportunities.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to legal, operational, and organizational standards across all redevelopment initiatives.
• Participate in audits and reviews to uphold compliance and risk management protocols.
