Manager - Banking & Insurance Relationships

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Manage 10–12 strategic lender relationships independently — from CBO-level conversations to ground-level credit and ops teams
• Negotiate and own monthly/quarterly commercial commitments, take rate at account level, and LAP share with lender counterparts
• Unlock and maintain green channel status with priority lenders; track TAT improvement as a direct outcome
• Be the structured bridge between ops, sales, and BD — own the SLA cadence so issues close in days, not weeks
• Hold Ambak's marketplace integration vision: channel partners on one platform, central ops depository, end-to-end online customer journey
• Drive API integrations with lender LOS/LMS systems — own requirement, milestone, and go-live alongside tech
• Map org hierarchy, track funnel health, MIS quality, and competitive benchmarks across your portfolio
• Coordinate and support the ops team on MIS and collections where structure and accountability are needed
