A Multi Family Office that handles all financial matters of Uber-Wealthy Families/ UHNI Individuals/ Corporates. One of the earliest firms in India, registered under SEBI's new Investment Advisor guidelines.

Specialized in facilitating Investment Advisory, Shared CFO Services, Private Equity, Business Advisory, Legal & Taxation etc. Presently expanding its capabilities to fulfil client needs.

Founded in Bengaluru in 2013, by industry professionals with work experience in senior roles in reputed organizations such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, HDFC Bank and IL&FS Investment Managers. Responsibilities

Financial Review & Reporting

  • Review books of accounts prepared by the client/in-house accounting team and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee monthly and quarterly closure of books in compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Prepare and review periodic MIS reports capturing key business metrics, performance ratios, cash flow indicators, and management dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis of budgets vs. actuals, identify deviations, and recommend corrective measures.

Client Management & Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients under the Shared CFO vertical; manage day-to-day client communication and relationship.
  • Independently handle client meetings, presentations, and management discussions.
  • Lead, mentor, and review the work of the internal team responsible for bookkeeping, MIS, and compliance deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of client outputs with high quality and accuracy.

Strategic Finance & Business Support

  • Assist clients in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Support management in decision-making through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Review treasury management, fund flow statements, and working capital optimization.
  • Evaluate inter-company transactions and ensure arm's-length compliance and reconciliations.

Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, and FEMA.
  • Review tax workings, filings, and coordinate with tax consultants/auditors where required.
  • Ensure all statutory payments and filings are completed within prescribed timelines.

Operational Excellence

  • Review payroll inputs, processing, and employee reimbursements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation and standardization initiatives.
  • Support clients in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 38 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting, Multi Family Office, or outsourced CFO environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS), taxation, and corporate laws.

Proficiency in Excel, accounting software (Tally/QuickBooks/Zoho/NetSuite), and financial analytics.

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to multitask and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.

A self-starter with strong problem-solving orientation and leadership qualities.
