Location: Bengaluru

Job Profile

The AVP, Reward (covering compensation, incentive and reward operations support and delivery) will support the development, tactical implementation and on-ground delivery of the PRB target operating model as part of GHR s transformation. The role will help stand up scalable reward delivery capabilities at CLIENT, partnering with onshore PRB COE and regional stakeholders to execute year-end reward activity,

maintain strong governance and controls, and enable high-quality analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Serving as a PRB offshoring Subject Matter Expert and advisory team member to the Global PRB COE, GHR Transformation Steering Committee, Global Process Owners and

Transition Leads to help determine which reward services and underlying processes should be offshored to CLIENT;

  • Developing and implementing the reward operating model, processes, controls, and procedures required to successfully receive, operationalize, and sustain the GHR PRB reward services and processes transitioned to CLIENT;
  • Supporting the CLIENT Head of PRB to plan and execute the transition of the agreed

reward services and underlying processes to be offshored to CLIENT, including completion of internal due diligence and governance steps.

Position details

This position will report directly to the CLIENT Head of PRB, GHR and will be responsible for standing up and operationalizing the GHR PRB reward service delivery model at CLIENT. This role will interact with senior leaders and team members from across the Global PRB COE and the company to drive the GHR PRB target operating model outcomes and deliver results.

This is a 40-hour per week position with Monday through Friday work hours. The position works globally,

and scheduling flexibility is required to allow for regular meetings and connectivity with colleagues in the

Americas, APAC, and EMEA time zones.

Roles and Responsibilities

Serve as a Reward offshoring Subject Matter Expert and support the CLIENT Head of PRB to plan and execute the transition of agreed reward services and underlying processes to be offshored to CLIENT, including completion of required internal due diligence and governance steps prior to go-live.

Own year-end reward activity planning and project management from CLIENT (project plans, detailed timelines, tracker governance, stakeholder coordination and status reporting).

Support year-end funding processes, including bonus baseline / target bonus pool computations, fixed pay increase pool modelling, and variable pay pool modelling, ensuring documented assumptions, controls and audit trail.

Set up and administer the Annual Review Process (ARP) via Workday, including testing to maintain and enhance Workday Advanced Compensation Module (ACM) functionality.

Plan and execute testing of reward reports and outputs; perform reward analytics and reporting to support decision-making, governance, and stakeholder updates.

Oversee compensation data quality in Workday, including associated audits, reconciliations and governance activities in line with established SOPs and controls.

Manage compensation benchmarking and market intelligence activities, including market data governance and maintenance in Workday (where applicable) and associated analytics/reporting.

Identify, resolve, and escalate risks and issues (as needed) to the CLIENT Head of PRB as well as the Global Head of PRB, and Global HR CLIENT Operations Manager.

Support Deferred Compensation and Long-Term Incentives (LTI) administration in accordance with established policies, SOPs, eligibility rules, and local requirements (where applicable).

Support development and maintenance of reward communications, playbooks and training materials (e.g., manager guidance, timelines, FAQs, and process collateral).

Support reward regulations and governance-related activities as required, including documentation, evidence gathering, and coordination with compliance / risk partners.

Deliver associated administrative tasks assigned to CLIENT PRB from time to time, ensuring

adherence to service standards, SLAs and continuous improvement expectations.

Maintain ongoing communications with onshore PRB COE and regional stakeholders to successfully receive, operationalize (e.g., SLAs, metrics, procedures) and monitor reward services migrating to CLIENT; identify, resolve and escalate risks/issues as needed.

Support development and implementation of the CLIENT PRB operating model, processes and procedures required to sustain transitioned services; socialize deliverables for feedback and approvals with key GHR, CLIENT and GEO stakeholders.

Help complete all required internal due diligence processes and documentation related to the service transition and offshoring work, in coordination with the respective stakeholders/teams

Maintain ongoing communications and coordination with the onshore BU/COE teams, successfully receive, operationalize (e.g., service level agreements (SLAs), metrics, procedures, etc.), and monitor GHR PRB services and underlying processes migrating to CLIENT.

Partner with onshore global BU/COE colleagues to deliver a truly global PRB agenda, focusing on developing best-in-class global processes and a consistent service experience.

Lead and mentor junior CLIENT PRB analysts/administrators to ensure services and processes transitioned to CLIENT are delivered in line with agreed service standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

8-12 years demonstrated experience and a demonstrated track record for driving offshoring results, with expertise in building, operationalizing, and managing offshoring for a global PRB COE and/or reward operations team.

Possesses deep knowledge and experience with PRB offshoring and can leverage leading practices, lessons learned, and expertise to enable smooth transitions, accelerate progress, and achieve results.

Understands and has experience with a PRB COE and/or reward operations environment, preferably gained within the banking sector, and is knowledgeable of PRB service delivery models, prevailing reward-related regulations and market trends.

Possesses strong collaboration and influence skills; able to address stakeholders needs, while managing them to maintain progress and achieve results.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to develop and present deliverables to executive level audiences.

Able to address and resolve complex problems and effectively prioritize competing objectives. The ability to negotiate and manage conflict is critical.
