AsanLeadinIntelligent Automation, you will lead workflow ideation and delivery that streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and enable digital transformation across a wide array of industries.
What You Will Champion and Own
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Center, and related components.
- Lead and contribute tomigration activities for version changes and continuous enhancement of the code.
- Discover,estimateanddeliver Agentic AI solutionsleveragingMaestro
- Have experience in Blue Prism and Automation Anywhere
- Oversee development teams, ensuring best practices, code quality, and adherence to governance models
- Be on top ofnew features released by UiPath and foster the adoptionacross teams
- Continuously explore and applynew UiPath features, connectors, and capabilities to improve solution performance and user experience
- Supportproject planning, effort estimation, and documentation as part of a cross-functional agile team.
- Ensurequality, testing, and post-deployment supportto meet client expectations and SLAs, in collaboration with our Delivery team.
Must-have Qualifications & Competencies
- 7+ years of hands-on UiPathdevelopment experience, at least 3years in a tech leadposition
- StrongproficiencywithUiPath Studio, Orchestrator, andREFramework
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification
- Proven ability to designenterprise-scale automationarchitectures
- Solid experience withAI Center, ActionCenterand provenexpertisein building Agentic AI solutions
- Provenexperiencein designing and deliveringmultiple RPA solutionswithUiPath.
- Confident in English (written and spoken)
- Independent, proactive, and self-driven you take initiative anddon'twait to be told what to do.
- Solidcommunication skills and the ability to work closely with clientsand cross-functional teams.
- Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Ability tomanage projects and drive account valuethrough continuous collaboration with clients
- Willingness to mentor junior developers and contribute to capability building across the team
- Previouselementary level experience with Document Understanding or basic level of Python scripting
- Mustbe located in India, Hyderabad
Nice-to-have Qualifications & Competencies
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Solutions Architect Certification (in place ofUiARD)
