The team ensures compliance with regulatory standards, delivers actionable insights, and helps strengthen financial reporting and governance. Role Description

Lead assurance engagements by finalizing audits, standardizing methodologies, and managing client relationships across diverse industries. Responsible for maintaining client-wise margins, developing and mentoring teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. Actively contribute to business development through client meetings, proposal preparation, and pitch presentations. Provide operational support to senior leadership in areas such as MIS, MRM, IT, Admin, and HR coordination.

  • Audit Finalization & Quality Assurance

Independently finalize statutory audits and reviews, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent application of audit methodologies and standards across engagements. To work closely with SSC (Audit shared service center) for bringing efficiency in routine audit tasks, 100% Adherence to Audit documentation on digital tools (CCH), To support in effective closure of cold file and hot file reviews, To work closely with quality teams for Audit quality initiatives, To participate in Internal audit quality reviews, Effective monitoring of work carried by the audit team (especially in case of Hybrid model - work from home).

  • Practice Development & Methodology Implementation

Drive uniform audit practices by updating manuals, developing new methodologies, and implementing standardized procedures aligned with evolving regulatory and industry requirements.

  • Client & Engagement Management

Oversee planning, scheduling, and profitability of audit engagements, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely, value-driven service delivery.

  • Training & Capability Building

Design and deliver technical, soft skills, and induction training programs to enhance team competencies and ensure consistent professional development.

  • Resource & Performance Management

Lead recruitment, appraisals, and team building efforts, ensuring optimal resource allocation, employee retention, and succession planning.

  • Business Development, Strategic Planning and Visibility

Contribute to business growth through pricing strategy, proposal development, client pitches, and preparation of business plans, sales materials, writing articles, speaking engagements etc.

  • Crisis & Technical Support Management

Provide proactive solutions during engagement crises, offer technical support across practices, and ensure timely research updates and alert releases.
