Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and hand-holding
  • Evaluate financial/regulatory aspects (SEBI, ICDR, Companies Act)
  • Deliver high-quality advisory on IFRS, US GAAP, IPO readiness
  • Lead multiple engagements, ensure quick turnaround
  • Provide innovative solutions and resolve complex client issues

Skills:

  • 3–10 years of experience, MBA/CA/CS preferred (LLB is a plus)
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in SEBI regulations, Companies Act, financial reporting
  • Strategic thinking, multi-tasking, crisis handling
