Job Title: Manager/Asst Mgr/Sr. Executive (Sales & Marketing)
Educational Qualification:
Desirable: MBA + B-Tech (Mech/ Civil) will be preferred.
Minimum: Btech (Civil/ Mechanical) + relevant work exp or MBA + Relevant work exp
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Good understanding of technical sales & marketing in construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical ,enthusiastic, positive thinker and with willing to learn and apply attitude.
- Keen to handle given jobs sincerely and accept accountability in case of success / failure.
- Candidates having sales experience in Technical sales/Infrastructure /construction industry shall be preferred.
- Exposure of sales in Govt projects viz. MORTH , NHAI , PWD, Railways, Metro Works or similar shall be an added advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Total: 2 - 12 years
- Relevant: 2-5 years
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Marketing: Meetings / Presentations / Interactions with Structural Consultants, Contractors , Clients, Project Management Consultants etc. to promote products and services across Govt. Sector / Public Sector / Private Sector Clients.
- Business Development: Manage and develop relationship with clients for existing / new projects.
- Sales: Deliver Value and Volume based targets / handling negotiations / sales closures.
- Co-ordination: Interface with customers on ongoing projects under execution / issues handling / resolution / billing and collection co-ordination etc.
Reporting To: VP-Sales & Marketing
Proposed CTC: As per industry norms
