Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Multiple role in P&M located in Chennai. The responsibilities include overseeing the operation and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery, managing projects related to plant and machinery, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and optimizing productivity. The role also involves collaborating with teams to develop and execute strategies for effective equipment management and enhancing operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Technical expertise in industrial equipment management, maintenance, and upkeep
• Experience in project management and the ability to oversee plant and machinery installations
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for team coordination
• Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for equipment and project management is a plus
• Educational qualification in Engineering or a related technical field
• Prior experience in related industries such as Construction, Dredging, or Shipping is advantageous
• Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic work environments
