Position Title: Manager/ Asst Manager (Electrical)

Location: Pune

Reports To: General Manager/ VP

Industry: Cleantech - Water & Wastewater Infrastructure

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Designer with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end electrical design and 3D drafting packages for WTP, WWTP, Pumping Stations, and Industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Create electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLDs), cable tray routes, lighting/power plans, and grounding designs from concept to detail.
• Project Application: Adapt designs specifically for Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations
• Client Approvals: Follow up with vendors for submissions, review and checking of submission followed by client query resolution
• Team Coordination: Work closely with civil, mechanical, and process teams to resolve clashes and maintain project workflows.
• Commissioning and Troubleshooting: Ensure successful project delivery with end to end vendor coordination for electrical and instrumentation work

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: BE/ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 10 to15 years in industrial/infrastructure electrical design and project execution.
• Competencies: High attention to detail, strong team collaboration, and adherence to design quality standards.
