Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Manager People (Associate Relations) will reduce turnaround time for case closure, manage additional cases arising out of associates returning to work, redundancy, performance and addition of new lines of business including Contact Center.

About Team: People Team

What you'll do:

  • Be the Associate Relations subject matter expert & provide guidance on best practices to business and HR leadership.
  • Oversees and conducts investigations on complex issues (Open Door, Ethics referred matters), by driving investigative processes across teams, reviewing investigative strategies, ensuring investigations to align with established processes..
  • Develop an effective partnership with Ethics, Human Resources to implement outcomes of investigations process.
  • Driving awareness and compliance on Prevention of Discrimination and Harassment
  • Driving AR analytics activities and bringing out proactive insights to help identify systemic causes that resulted in the matters escalated to Associate Relations or Ethics.

  • Good investigative skills with ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Hands on, team player and can-do attitude - high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an ability to deliver results with aggressive deadlines.
  • Strong reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills
  • MBA or PDGBA in Human Resources
  • 7-12 years of experience and progressive responsibility in Associate Relations / Labour relations
  • Deep Knowledge of Labour laws
