Job Description

Job Purpose

To lead a team with strategic vision and operational excellence, driving business growth and development in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and consolidate group financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Manage MIS reporting, including periodic performance dashboards, detailed variance analysis, and actionable insights for senior management.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes by coordinating with cross-functional teams and analyzing financial trends.
  • Handle intercompany accounting, including reconciliations, eliminations, and alignment of balances across group entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closures, leveraging SAP / SAP BPC for financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Assist in statutory, internal, and group audits, including preparation of schedules, documentation, and audit responses.
  • Monitor compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks, identifying gaps and supporting process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis, management presentations, and strategic finance initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • The candidate must have completed Chartered Accountancy (CA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience in strategic planning and decision making
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
