Job Description
You will be part of the Corporate Treasury team within the Group Finance Division, with a primary focus on Collateral and Liquidity Management, and also support investment management and strategy within the broader scope of asset-liability management (ALM).

- Collateral and Liquidity Management
- Monitor the eligibility and usage of collateral posted and received for transactions such as derivative trading, repo/reverse repo, securities lending to ensure regulatory and risk compliance.
- Support any collateral transformation or optimization initiatives.
- Explore and evaluate solutions to enhance yield on surplus cash / assets.
- Manage the deliverables from external Collateral Management service providers.
- Work with custodian banks, asset managers and inter/intra companies to establish any processes regarding transactions involving collaterals.
- Monitor and benchmark performances of securities lending program.
- Validate fund requests from operational cash management team and arrange funding.
- Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Support the team to manage and monitor Corporate Treasury sub-portfolios and segregated funds, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Conduct macroeconomic and market analysis to inform investment decisions and recommend tactical positioning.
- Support execution of investment strategies.
- Analyze key financial risks including Interest Rate, Credit, Equity, and FX risk, and assess their impact on investment portfolios.
- Evaluate asset classes and expected returns to support SAA formulation and review.
- Support analysis about long-term investment strategy and asset mix.
- Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Analytics or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in transaction banking, investment management, financial analysis, or risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of money markets instruments, collateral management.
- Familiarity with programming tools (e.g., Python) is a plus for data analysis and automation.
