Designation: Manager/ Assistant Manager - Digital Ad Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Drive digital ad sales revenue by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with clients and agencies in the market.
- Develop and execute a robust sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and partners.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored advertising solutions, leveraging Republic World's digital assets.
- Market Analysis & Growth:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Recommend innovative ad solutions to capture emerging market potential.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital ad sales, preferably in news/media platforms targeting the West and South markets.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, display, video, and native ad solutions.
- Familiarity with the West and South market's advertiser and agency landscape.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and build trust with clients.
Analytical Skills:
- Proficiency in sales tools, CRM platforms, and campaign performance analytics.
