Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Administration team at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Manager/ Assistant Manager - Administration (Travel Support)

We will count on you to:

Travel Support

• Oversee routine administrative (travel and vendor) activities and documentation.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Manage records, invoices, and vendor-related data, raising PO, complete receiving.

• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes.

• Coordinate with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and internal teams.

• Support employees with travel-related queries and documentation.

Data Management, MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on travel bookings and expenses.

• Track and analyze travel costs, budgets, and savings.

• Maintain accurate records of domestic and international travel data.

• Ensure timely submission of reports to management.

• Maintain centralized vendor databases and documentation.

• Payment follow up with employees and reconciliation with vendor.

Corporate Travel Card

• Card Program Administration: Support new card applications, activation, user profile maintenance, and card cancellation in compliance with company policy.

• Employee Support and Dispute Resolution: Communicate with colleague and support to resolve disputes promptly.

What you need to have:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in MIS reporting in travel.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Domain knowledge preferred - Knowledge of travel booking systems and expense management tools.
