Manager Asset Management

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Manager to oversee and manage a portfolio of real estate projects across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple projects, conducting technical due diligence, and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and minimize risks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage projects across diverse asset classes (residential, land, commercial, and plotted development).

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive project growth and minimize risks.

Conduct technical due diligence on potential investments, assessing risks, feasibility, and market dynamics.

Assign suitable Condition Precedents with developers to minimize transaction risks.

Coordinate, manage, assess, and oversee construction projects throughout their entirety, adhering to timelines, specifications, sales, collections, costs, and cash flows.

Assess and manage risks while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and anticipated outcomes.

Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders, detailing financial performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for the real estate portfolio.

Verify, prepare, and issue Sales NOCs.

Efficiently schedule, attend, and document meeting minutes for effective project communication.

Verify and approve construction and other corporate project expenses should be added as well

Evaluate the demand for residential and commercial properties in specific micro-markets

Requirements:

- Qualification: B. Tech in Civil. MBA in Finance / CFA will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience in managing multiple real estate projects across diverse asset classes.

- Strong understanding of development regulations and construction practices across multiple cities in India.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
