Manager Architecture

This role will play a key role in overseeing and managing the structural and civil engineering operations in the architectural department. This individual will support and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of architectural and engineering projects.

Key responsibilities of Senior Manager Architect will include, but are not limited to,

Lead and manage structural and interior civil engineering aspects of architectural projects from conceptualization to completion.

Ensure projects adhere to design specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural, civil, and interior design solutions into the architectural framework.

Review and approve detailed drawings, plans, and calculations for compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards

Review and approve studies and assessments related to structural, interior, and civil engineering.

Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and external stakeholders

Assist in preparation and management of project budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently

Monitor project cost and timelines, implementing corrective actions as necessary to avoid delays or budget overruns.

Desired profile:

BE Architecture with at least 12 years of experience in Civil, and interior

Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD)

Experience in retail, interior, luxury residential/hotel architectural projects
