Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager AR Calling , based in Hyderabad. The Manager will oversee accounts receivable management and AR calling processes to ensure timely and accurate claims submissions. Responsibilities include supervising AR teams, monitoring claim denials and rejections, ensuring timely follow-up with insurance companies, and implementing process improvements to maximize collections efficiency. The role also requires managing credit balances, fostering client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare

Experience: 8+ years in US Healthcare RCM, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within AR Calling.

Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HIPAA regulations, CPT/ICD-10 coding basics, and various payer types (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial).

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, specifically for negotiating with insurance representatives.

Preferred Skills

Certifications such as CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or CPB (Certified Professional Biller).

Experience in specialty-specific billing (e.g., Cardiology, Radiology, or Hospital Billing).

Ability to work in Night Shifts to align with US business hours.
