Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare
Experience: 8+ years in US Healthcare RCM, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within AR Calling.
Possess thorough knowledge of all AR scenarios and denial management
Manage transitions for new projects, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to client requirements.
Oversee daily operations, including planning, monitoring, directing, and evaluating team performance.
Manage team tasks, provide on-the-job support, give feedback, and foster team cohesion.
Oversee performance management activities such as productivity monitoring, quality assurance, one-on-one sessions, KRAs, and PIPs.
Prepare and review internal and client performance reports.
Manage a team size ranging from 50 to 100.
Capable of interacting with US clients and managing escalations effectively.
Strong skills in denial management, with knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, ICD, and CPT codes.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Communicate promptly with the leadership team regarding any issues that could impact deadlines.
Ability to work in Night Shifts to align with US business hours.
