Core Platform Validation - Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated test suites for our core SaaS platform, covering both frontend (React) user interfaces and backend (C#/.NET) APIs.
AI & ML Feature Testing - Lead the testing strategy for our advanced AI capabilities, validating model outputs, ensuring response accuracy, and managing non-deterministic scenarios such as LLM integrations.
End-to-End Ownership - Own the quality assurance lifecycle for complex business logic and customer workflows, ensuring seamless functionality across the entire application stack.
Automation Infrastructure - Architect and evolve our automation framework to support frequent releases, integrating tests into our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) CI/CD pipelines.
API & Integration Testing - Develop comprehensive API tests to verify data integrity, security, and performance across our microservices and third-party integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria, identify edge cases early, and drive a culture of quality across the engineering organization.
Global Teamwork - Work closely with multiple global teams across the USA, Israel, and UAE, coordinating testing efforts and aligning on quality standards across time zones.
Performance & Reliability - Monitor system stability and drive performance testing to ensure our multi-tenant SaaS solution remains responsive under high load.
