Manager Application Management (SAP)

Purpose/Objective: Responsible for coordinating, and overseeing IT applications and acting as a central hub for managing all Bravus applications, collaborating closely with users and technical partners to ensure business needs are met comprehensively and improvements are ongoing. This role involves software lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and the integration of digital solutions to drive efficiency and improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Application Lifecycle Management

Manage the complete lifecycle of applications, including installation, configuration, standardization, and renewals.

Monitor usage, maintenance, and compliance with standards throughout the software lifecycle.

Perform technical evaluations and oversee the implementation of improvements and version upgrades.

Coordinate Cyber Security Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing.

2. Application Optimization and User Support

Identify and implement opportunities for application optimization, integration, and enhancements based on user feedback.

Support end users by providing technical guidance and facilitating continuous improvements in application performance.

Manage software inventory, ensuring accurate records of all applications and versions.

3. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination

Engage with third-party vendors to discuss application roadmaps, functionality upgrades, and patch management.

Supervise contractors and coordinate between business and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Assist in shortlisting and empaneling tech vendors for both business and IT needs.

4. Documentation and Knowledge Management

Oversee the maintenance of all relevant documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.

Ensure up-to-date documents are available on the intranet for easy access by team members and stakeholders.

5. Digital Dexterity

Leverage digital tools such as SAP, GRC, Fury, and S4Hana to streamline application management, enhance data accuracy, and improve report generation speed.

Collaborate with IBM for SAP support, improvements, and ongoing system enhancements.

Office Timing - 8am to 5PM from Monday to Friday and 8am to 12:30 PM from SaturdayMay required Australia for 2 to 4 weeks in year if needed.

*Qualifications and Experience B.E. or B.Tech - IT with minimum 5 to 10 years
