Job Description

  • Manages the entire member onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging start for every new member.
  • Conducts detailed fitness consultations to understand member goals and recommend the right services.
  • Determines the appropriate combination of personnel and tools tailored to each member's fitness journey.
  • Tracks and improves the member retention score through effective engagement and service quality.
  • Plans, organizes, and promotes programs across Community, Self-Directed, Group, and Personal Training formats.
  • Oversees trainer onboarding and conducts staff training to maintain service standards.
  • Builds regular touch-points with members, including follow-up calls to irregular attendees.
  • Develops educational resources and designs a member engagement activity calendar to promote continuous involvement and satisfaction.
