Role Purpose:

The Manager - Analytics & Sales Enablement will be responsible for managing the Aspire Analytics Dashboard, ensuring seamless integration of Sales, Efforts, and IQVIA data to provide actionable insights for Sales and Marketing teams. The role will also oversee functional support for Aspire, RSA Compliance Module, and VA Pages while driving data accuracy, user adoption, and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics & Business Insights

• Manage and enhance the Aspire Analytics Dashboard.
• Ensure integration and accuracy of data from Efforts, Sales, and IQVIA sources.
• Generate actionable insights and performance recommendations for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Utilize AI and analytics tools to improve dashboard effectiveness and automation.

Data Governance & Quality

• Validate and monitor data quality, consistency, and reliability.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with stakeholders and vendors.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and external partners such as Aspire, IQVIA, and Garnet.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Drive implementation of enhancements and process improvements.

Functional Support

• Provide user support for Aspire, including login issues, user access management, and data-related queries.
• Administer RSA Compliance Module by maintaining master data such as Vendor Codes, Cost Centers, and Order Numbers.
• Act as the primary contact for user queries and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop support documentation to ensure effective system adoption.

VA Pages & Training

• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams for VA Page management and portal updates.

Education: Any graduate with an MBA is preferred

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Marketing, Analytics, or Sales Enablement.
