Job Description

Role: Manager - Alliance and Partnership Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi NCR/Remote What are we looking for We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Partnerships & Alliances Manager to lead the acquisition and management of brand partnerships across diverse categories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rewards programs, performance marketing campaigns, and a deep understanding of commercial models like CPE, CPS, ROAS, and CAC. Requirements: Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with top brands across categories such as Fashion, Beauty, Electronics, Travel, F&B, Home, Wellness, and more. Lead the end-to-end process of negotiating and securing offers from brands for integration into loyalty, rewards, and incentive programs. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling brand placements within loyalty platforms and campaign inventories. Work closely with brand partners to launch and manage performance-driven campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign KPIs (CPE, CPS, ROAS, CAC, etc.). Drive data-backed decision making to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results for both internal and partner goals. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key brand stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, growth, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and partnerships. Track and manage commercial discussions, contracts, and SLAs. Key Skills: 26 years of experience in Partnerships, Alliances, or Business Development roles, preferably in AdTech, FinTech, Loyalty Platforms, Affiliate Platforms or D2C Brands. Proven experience in onboarding brands into reward ecosystems. Hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns and working with models like CPE, CPS, ROAS, CAC, etc. Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win-win partnerships. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Data-savvy and confident using campaign performance metrics to guide decisions. Good to have: Prior experience working with digital agencies, affiliate networks, or loyalty & rewards platforms. Existing network of brand partners across relevant categories.
