We are seeking an individual with strong expertise in both domestic and international flight bookings to join our growing travel operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience inAmadeus and other GDS platforms, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle complex itineraries and client requirements with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end flight bookings, reissues, refunds, and cancellations (domestic & international)
- Work efficiently on GDS (Amadeus is a must) systems
- Manage group and individual ticketing requests
- Coordinate with airlines and clients for fare quotes and special requests
- Ensure error-free ticketing and adherence to travel policies
- Assist with visa, insurance, and other travel formalities as required
- Provide timely support and resolution to clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum45 years of experiencein airline ticketing
- Proficiency inAmadeus
- Strong knowledge of fare calculations, airline rules, and documentation
- Excellent communication and client handling skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive bookings
- Experience in handling corporate and leisure travel preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
