Tech Stack: Python, pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, Scikit-learn, AWS, Terraform, EKS

What You'll Do:

• Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing AI/ML team
• Drive research and transform prototypes into product features
• Partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap execution
• Foster collaboration across teams and ensure career growth for team members
• Stay hands-on with security and data science developments

You Bring:

• 10+ years in Software/Data Engineering, 3+ years leading teams
• Strong cross-functional leadership and project delivery skills
• Experience with remote teams, customer-centric thinking, and high-impact project management
• Bonus: Security domain experience, AWS pipelines, production model deployment

Bonus Skills:

• Experienced in predictive modeling and anomaly detection with recent hands-on Python work. Proficient in Jupyter, pandas, scikit-learn, Git, SageMaker, and AWS.
• Background in the security industry with a strong track record of building scalable data science pipelines in AWS.
• Successfully deployed and optimized production models.
• Proven leadership in building engineering teams from scratch.
