Role Summary

We are seeking a Manager – Agentic AI to lead the development and delivery of next-generation AI solutions that enhance customer experiences and optimize enterprise operations. This role combines product leadership, AI strategy, and people management, with responsibility for building high-performing teams and delivering scalable, business-impacting AI products from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Product, and Data professionals.
• Define and execute the roadmap for Agentic AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from opportunity identification and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Manage a portfolio of AI products and initiatives, balancing priorities, dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
• Partner closely with business leaders, product teams, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations stakeholders to deliver scalable and trusted AI solutions.
• Establish success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive measurable improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and business value.
• Champion best practices across AI development, model governance, software quality, observability, automation, and platform reliability.
• Identify emerging AI technologies and opportunities to accelerate innovation and enterprise transformation.
• Lead Agile delivery processes, resource planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning.
• Communicate progress, risks, and business impact to senior leadership through meaningful metrics and insights.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Agentic AI teams in a product-led or technology-driven environment.

Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, data platforms, and product development lifecycles.

Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including testing, automation, observability, monitoring, and platform engineering.

Proven ability to manage multiple complex AI initiatives while driving measurable business outcomes.

Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional product development teams.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing technical teams and AI products in enterprise environments.

Education: B.E/B.Tech
