Job - Manager - Agrimax
Role & Responsibilities
- Identifying and Developing Strategies to increase Volume of Agrimax as per the assigned territory.
- Review of monthly opportunities of Dealerships and forecast volume of Agrimax per month.
- Arrange Demo as per the target segment from dealerships.
- Arrange to appointment manpower at dealership level to enhance coverage.
- Review with dealerships about new opportunities & old on weekly basis.
- Feedback of competition (Tractor Loader) with new attachments and study the same.
- Control COB as per the company policy.
- Arrange stock of Agrimax at Dealership level.
- Meeting with Financer on weekly basis.
- Participate in marketing activities Customer meet/ Demo.
Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge about Tractors and Loaders technically and commercially.
- Experience of handling dealerships, Customers & financers.
- Experience of handling team.
- Knowledge about Tractor Loader TIV as per the assigned territory.
Key Functional Competencies
- Excellent knowledge about industry i.e. Cotton/ Papers/ Sugar /Mushroom /Husk etc
- Experience with MS Office system.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill for cross-functional collaboration,
- Highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification and Experience
B.Tech. (Agri./ Mechanical Engg.) / MBA
10+ Years in Tractor Industry
Leading Tractor Loader sales experience will be preferred
