We're Hiring: Manager – Aftersales (Spares)

Location: Chakan / Kharadi, Pune

Experience: 12+ Years

Products - Gas compression and clean mobility: Equipment and systems used in CNG and biogas applications, along with CNG/LNG dispensing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the aftersales spare parts business.
• Manage spares planning, demand forecasting, inventory, and availability.
• Drive spare parts sales, revenue growth, pricing, and gross margins.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, order conversion, and fulfilment.
• Develop vendor relationships and optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Build customer relationships and increase genuine spare parts sales.
• Monitor business performance, inventory, and delivery targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong experience in aftermarket spare parts sales and inventory management.
• Knowledge of compressor components, BOMs, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, analytical, and customer management skills.
