Job Description

  • Identify, onboard, and manage direct clients in the BFSI and Lead Generation sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct BFSI clients & agencies (North, West & South regions).
  • Develop and execute effective media plans to optimize performance on CPA, ROAS, and funnel-level CPA metrics.
  • Evaluate and monitor campaign KPIs & metrics to ensure delivery against advertiser goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client objectives and performance outcomes.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies (AdsFlourish, iCubesWire, Affle, Pokket, etc.) to maintain a strong industry presence.

Requirements

  • Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience.

  • Working knowledge of HasOffers, Cake, Trackier, and other Tracking Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills

  • Knowledge of lead generations and CPS campaigns
