Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven 3P Content Sales professional to join Servd. This role focuses on identifying, acquiring, and negotiating with brands to drive revenue for our content IPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to align brand opportunities with Servd's IPs.
What will you work on
- Identify and bring onboard new brands that align with Servd's current IPs.
- Work closely with the internal team to understand each IP's sponsorship needs and propose relevant brand solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with brands, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Drive and achieve monthly revenue targets through proactive outreach and strategic engagement.
- Build a pipeline of long-term partnerships, balancing short-term deals with sustainable growth opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate internally to ensure brand activations and campaigns are executed as per agreements.
Who Are We Looking For
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or brand partnerships, preferably in content, media, or F&B.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in pursuing new business.
- Familiarity with content marketing, sponsorships, and brand-IP alignment is a plus.
