Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach Planning:

• Develop and execute a robust outreach strategy targeting key schools, students, and counselors across diverse markets.

• Work closely with the academic departments to create engagement programs that highlight the offerings and distinguish its academic excellence.

• Design outreach plans that focus on adding value to schools through partnerships, academic

initiatives, and holistic interventions.

Relationship Building with School Leadership:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and academic leadership to create sustainable partnerships.

• Facilitate collaborations between the university and schools to co-create programs, workshops, and seminars that address both academic and extracurricular needs.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to school leadership, providing insights into the latest trends in higher education, skill development, and career pathways.

Enhancing Academic Holistic Engagement:

• Develop academic workshops, guest lectures, and mentorship programs that provide value to students and educators alike, fostering a deeper connection to the university's offerings.

• Partner with schools to offer holistic interventions, such as leadership development programs, mental health awareness, and career guidance, positioning the university as a key contributor to student growth.

• Introduce initiatives such as collaborative research projects, interdisciplinary talks, and skills-based learning programs to showcase the university's strengths in innovation and thought leadership.

Event Coordination and School Visits:

• Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus events such as career days, open houses, and workshops to engage students, parents, and school staff.

• Regularly visit schools to conduct presentations, workshops, and counseling sessions that align with the academic needs and interests of the students.

• Collaborate with faculty and experts to offer specialized programs such as subject-specific seminars and STEM or arts-focused events.

Counselor and Educator Engagement:

• Build close relationships with school counselors and educators, offering support, resources, and tools to help them guide students in making informed decisions about higher education.

• Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing platforms for counselors to keep them informed about new programs, scholarships, and opportunities at the university.

• Facilitate open communication channels with educators, seeking their feedback and ideas to

continuously enhance the outreach approach.

Data-Driven Engagement and Insights:

• Use data and insights from outreach activities to assess the effectiveness of engagement strategies and relationships with schools.

• Collect feedback from school leaders and counselors to continuously refine outreach programs, ensuring relevance and alignment with their educational goals.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions with schools, tracking engagement metrics and ensuring timely follow-up for ongoing relationship building.

Student & Parent Engagement:

• Develop initiatives that foster direct connections with both students and their parents, offering

personalized support through their university selection process.

• Organize mentorship programs, psychometric tests, and career guidance workshops to help

students navigate their academic and career choices.

• Leverage social media, email campaigns, and in-person interactions to create a consistent

dialogue with prospective students and parents, emphasizing the university's commitment to their success.

Marketing and Content Collaboration:

• Work with the marketing team to ensure outreach programs are well-promoted and have strong digital and offline presence.

• Develop and refine outreach materials, including presentations, brochures, and online content,

ensuring they resonate with school leaders, students, and parents alike.

• Ensure all communications reflect the university's values, academic strengths, and unique

opportunities for student development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in education outreach, relationship management, or student recruitment.

• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with school leaders and educators.

• Experience in planning and executing academic engagement programs and events.

• Knowledge of the education landscape and an understanding of emerging trends in higher education and student recruitment.
