Manager – Accounts Receivable (AR) / Order to Cash (OTC)

• Review and approve customer invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor overdue payments and follow up proactively via reminders and collection calls
• Investigate and resolve customer billing and payment issues in coordination with Sales and Customer Service
• Analyze AR aging reports and develop strategies to reduce outstanding balances
• Prepare AR reports and provide updates to Finance leadership
• Track and monitor KPIs to meet departmental targets

Operations Excellence:

• Design and implement process transformation initiatives to improve efficiency
• Identify areas for automation and implement best practices in AR/OTC processes
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Lead projects to streamline AR processes and enhance reporting capabilities
