Experience: 10+ years in Accounts Payable and Receivables
Education: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Preferably a candidate from the Hospitality Industry
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations for hospitality units.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures and reporting.
- Ensure accurate revenue accounting across rooms, F&B, banquets, and events.
- Drive food & beverage cost control and margin improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for operations.
- Oversee purchase accounting, procurement controls, and vendor compliance.
- Ensure alignment between purchasing, stores, and finance for cost efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Lead internal, statutory, and tax audits; coordinate with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, ageing, and vendor reconciliations.
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance.
- Supervise inventory valuation, stock audits, and wastage controls.
- Drive ERP/POS integrations and finance process automation.
- Lead, mentor, and review performance of accounts team members while providing strategic financial insights to management.
