Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliances, and team handling. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP, banking, and day-to-day accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling complete accounting operations including JV, BRS, bill booking, and day-to-day accounting
- Managing GST, TDS, and other direct & indirect taxation, including returns, filings, and assessments
- Ensuring statutory compliances as per applicable laws
- Managing banking operations, fund flow, and reconciliations
- Bank Guarantee (BG) management and related documentation
- Working knowledge of SAP for accounting and reporting
- Coordinating audits (internal, statutory, tax) and resolving queries
- Team handling, task allocation, and mentoring junior staff
- Liaising with banks, consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1012 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and compliances
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
