Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai for the role of Manager Accounts. The Manager Accounts will be responsible for overseeing Accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, preparing financial statements, and managing budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Entry of bills
2. Invoicing
3. Bank Reconciliation
4. GST Reconciliation
5. TDS Reconciliation
6. Streamlining accounting procedures,
7. Coordinating audits,
8. Monitoring cash flow,
9. Working closely with internal teams to ensure financial efficiency.
10. Managing accounts payable and receivable, providing insights to support strategic decision-making,
11. Liaising with external stakeholders, such as auditors and consultants
12. Providing Regular MIS to the management
13. Filing GST and TDS returns and ensuring timely compliance

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting Principles, GST, IT Compliances
• Knowledge and proficiency in any one accounting software
• Excellent skills in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Reporting
• Strong Interpersonal Communication
• Detail-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required;
• Knowledge of Zoho Books shall be an added advantage but not necessary.
• Knowledge of Any ERP software shall be an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
