Key Responsibilities:
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Prepare monthly, yearly operational, corporate, and capital budgets.
- Conduct Budget vs Actual analysis and generate variance reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, executives, and cross-functional teams for data collection.
Accounting & Financial Management
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register, post depreciation entries, and support physical verification.
- Verify and approve Work Orders and Purchase Orders.
- Create master data in SAP (GL creation, BP codes, Asset codes, etc.).
- Track expenses WBS-wise.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, and Balance Sheet schedules.
- Support monthly book closing and provide assistance during audits.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure financial compliance and accurate reporting as per company standards.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by Management related to finance and accounting.
