Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager, Accounts & Taxation, based in Andheri West, Mumbai. The responsibilities include managing accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, handling tax compliance, overseeing audits, and ensuring adherence to taxation regulations. The role also involves working effectively with internal teams and external auditors to maintain financial accuracy and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Accounting, Budget Management, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Taxation, Tax Planning, and Compliance with applicable tax laws
• Strong skills in Auditing, Reconciling, and Financial Analysis
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent certification preferred)
• Knowledge or experience in MSME sector best practices and challenges is advantageous
