The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end financial accounting, statutory compliances, taxation, MIS reporting, and finalization of balance sheets. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, accurate financial reporting, and supports management decision-making.
- Finalization of monthly & annual Balance Sheet, P&L.
- Preparation and review of MIS reports for management.
- Handling GST compliances.
- Managing TDS compliances.
- Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and advance tax computation.
- Handling Direct & Indirect Tax assessments, notices, audits.
- Coordination with statutory, internal & tax auditors.
- Ledger scrutiny, provisions, accruals & reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act & Accounting Standards.
- Team handling and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, TDS.
- Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet finalization.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle / etc).
- Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple compliances.
Qualification and Experience:
- CA with 510 years (Manufacturing preferred).
- Should be a thinker capable of designing effective systems and procedures, with a focus on implementation.
