Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your accounting and transformation expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.

You'll play a critical role in driving transformation initiatives into our Global Finance Center (GFC) operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Operations teams within GFC, Regional Accounting teams, and Continuous Improvement teams), support the design and implementation of the transformation roadmap, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing strategies for optimization and automation, but also enhancing the quality of Balance Sheet reviews.

We'll look to you for:

  • Designing and implementing the transformation roadmap for accounting processes
  • Reviewing and improving end-to-end process designs
  • Driving process optimization and automation strategies
  • Establishing inter-process linkages and facilitating trainings
  • Enhancing efficiency and quality metrics through leveraging existing technologies
  • Benchmarking operations and presenting transformation initiatives to management

All About You

  • Degree as a Chartered Accountant
  • Audit or article experience in Big 4
  • Previous project management experience in accounting operations
  • Proven track record in transformation projects or programs
  • Deep understanding of accounting processes and internal controls
  • Knowledge of SAP, invoice processing, and reconciliation tools
  • Certification in automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or advanced Excel (desirable)
  • Green Belt in Six Sigma (desirable)
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
